QC checkpoints to request on your PO

Make inspection part of the order scope. Ask for the four export checks and the proof you need for your market.

A verbal "passed" does not help when a container arrives with damaged cartons or early failures. Ask for checkpoints on the quote so QC is part of the PO, not an afterthought.

Four checks in order

  1. Incoming — critical parts screened before they enter the line.
  2. Assembly — fit, wiring, seals, and tolerances watched during build.
  3. Aging — loaded burn-in to catch early failures.
  4. Outbound — function, accessories, marks, and export packing before logistics.

What importers usually request

  • Electrical safety boundaries for the destination plug and voltage.
  • Pressure stability across test cycles for espresso models.
  • Thermal recovery under service load, not only first pour.
  • Packing list vs carton contents and accessory count.

Next step

Add QC scope to your inquiry. We confirm checkpoints and destination cert paths with the quote.
