Who this site is for

Catalog, downloads, articles, and inquiry tools are for business buyers evaluating brand-new coffee machines and accessories for trial (1–10), café / retail programs, wholesale, or OEM/ODM (typically from 100 units). Consumer retail shopping is not the primary use case.

Site use & IP

Do not scrape pricing, media, or product data for competing catalogs without written permission.
YEEZER and partner trademarks, photos, and copy remain their owners’ property.
You may share product pages with your team for evaluation; do not republish the full catalog as your own.

Quotes, carts & orders

Website prices, cart totals, and WhatsApp replies are informational until a written quote or proforma invoice (PI) is issued.
Voltage, plug type, language manuals, packaging marks, and Incoterms must match the agreed build for your destination.
Stock lists can change; we reconfirm availability before payment instructions.
Payment, shipping, warranty, and returns follow the PI / packing documents for that order, and the policy pages linked above.

Product information

Specs and images are provided in good faith from factory data and Guangzhou stock checks. Final configuration (including OEM logo, color, and certifications needed for your market) is locked on the quote. If a published spec conflicts with the PI, the PI wins.

Logistics & risk

Sea, air, express, and DDP options are planned from Guangzhou. Risk, insurance, and customs duties follow the Incoterms on your PI. Track shipments via the booking details we share after payment clearance and QC release — see Track order.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, YEEZER is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from site use or delayed freight outside our control. Our liability for a confirmed order is limited to remedies set out in the PI, warranty, and return terms for that order.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory buyer protections where they apply. Contract disputes on a signed PI may follow the dispute clause on that document.
