QC before your order leaves the factory

Every machine passes incoming, assembly, aging, and outbound checks before logistics. Checkpoint lists and destination certs can be attached to your quote, not left as a verbal “passed.”

Inspection sequence

Inspection sequence for export orders

Four checks in order. Use this list when you confirm a trial or wholesale PO.

  1. Incoming

Key parts and materials checked before they enter production, so weak lots are stopped early.

  2. Assembly

Fit, wiring, seals, and critical tolerances monitored on the line while the machine is built.

  3. Aging

Loaded burn-in under sustained use to catch early failures before packing and booking freight.

  4. Outbound

Function, safety, accessories, carton marks, and export packing verified before handover to logistics.

What you can ask for on a quote

Importers usually need proof of what was checked, not a verbal “passed.” Tell us which checkpoints matter for your market.

  • Electrical safety Insulation and leakage boundaries aligned to the destination plug and voltage build.
  • Pressure stability Extraction pressure watched across test cycles for commercial and home espresso models.
  • Thermal recovery Heat-up and recovery checked so machines behave under service loads, not only first pour.
  • Packing & accessories Manuals, spare parts lists, and carton marks confirmed against your packing note.
